Our disposition department forms the backbone of our needs-based and on-time material supply. Its core tasks include creating production orders, scheduling the products to be manufactured and monitoring production progress. With the support of modern ERP systems, disposition has a clear overview of stocks, orders and capacities at all times, enabling it to make well-informed decisions. They work closely with the production, internal sales, project management, purchasing and logistics departments to ensure that the right materials are available exactly when they are needed. Through forward-looking planning and precise demand forecasting, they play a key role in ensuring that our customers' requirements are met.

Our team is the control centre for the smooth running of the sales processes. We process customer enquiries at and ensure that orders are reliably processed. With a focus on customer needs, we ensure smooth order processing and make sure that our products and services reach the customer as requested and on time. In doing so, customer data is always kept up to date and coordinated between the various departments. Further processing of delivery documents and the creation of customs documents are just as much part of our daily work as notifying the freight forwarders.

Our IT department ensures that all digital processes run smoothly. We are responsible for maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure, we take care of the security of our networks and ensure that all systems are always up to date. We are also part of an international team across the entire STEINEL Group, in which we support and help each other. We work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless supply of materials. With a high level of organisation and efficiency, we help to ensure that our supply chains function properly and that our customers are reliably supplied.

Our marketing team is responsible for creating this text, among other things. In addition to maintaining all social media channels (you can find us on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook), internal communication via app also largely runs through marketing. Constant optimisation of the website is just as much a marketing task as publishing specialist articles and organising external and internal events. As you can see, we cover a lot of ground and are bursting with ideas .

Our office management juggles a multitude of tasks and ensures that our company runs smoothly; it is  the  organisational heart of the company. From booking business trips and organising the telephone switchboard to taking care of the welcome screen and maintaining the contract database. All tasks are carried out carefully and with precision. This also includes expense reports, preparing birthday cards for employees and coordinating hotel bookings.

Our experienced SMD (surface-mount technology) department is the centrepiece of our electronics manufacturing and not only ensures high-precision placement of electronic components. The autonomous SMD process team develops and integrates all production data and uses it to create highly automated inline processes on an individual basis. We permanently monitor and analyse the production systems and improve the products for our customers. Core tasks such as order and personnel planning are optimised on a daily basis. This results in short throughput times with the best quality. Thanks to our many years of professional and industry experience, we have an extensive network of technical expertise, which enables us to achieve short response times with realistic goals. For years, we have been meeting all customer audits with a great deal of diligence and professional passion, and we are learning essential lessons.
