POWERSAVE is a compact and powerful IED designed for protection, control and measurement tasks in public power supply networks and industrial grids. Thanks to its integrated power management system, the device remains operational even without an external power supply, thereby providing reliable blackout protection.
STEINEL Solutions has been working with NSE AG since 2021 and currently manufactures over five major families of assemblies with a wide range of assembly variants. In each case, we handle the high-precision PCB assembly of these sophisticated electronic assemblies.
Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with IPC Class 2 guidelines, particularly with regard to soldering quality, temperature control and process reliability. Thanks to state-of-the-art assembly and soldering technologies, controlled atmospheres and continuous quality monitoring, we are able to reliably meet complex thermal requirements and ensure high product quality across all production batches.
POWERSAVE’s electronic assemblies are highly complex and contain a large number of sensitive components.
